David was patient and helpful as we emailed back and forth regarding the menu, dietary restrictions, wine pairings, etc. He cooked a delicious 3-course meal (with 4 appetizers to start), took care of service, and snuck out quietly when the meal was done, leaving the kitchen spotless.
